Instructor: Adrienne Ambraziunas

Adrienne learned to roller skate when she was young and spent her teenage years skating along the beach and around her hometown in Southern California. She returned to skating after a 30-year break and immediately fell back in love with it. That same year, she started SK8D8 to connect skaters and grow the skate community in Boulder County.

Adrienne is a internationally certified skate instructor through SkateIA, with an extensive background in teaching. She taught cardio & strength training classes for 10 years as a certified fitness instructor and has taught knitting for over two decades. She has also worked professionally over the past 30 years as a photographer, psychotherapist, Nonprofit Program Coordinator, and EMT. Because of her diverse background, Adrienne knows how it feels to be a beginner at any age and especially loves teaching brand new skaters!

When she’s not skating or teaching, Adrienne loves spending time creating knit & crochet patterns, gardening, snowboarding, playing poker, laughing with friends, and spending time with her husband, two adult children, and two fabulous dogs, Norman and Tallulah.

Adrienne is available for private lessons. Contact us for more info!
